This report was carefully selected to summarize t= he=20 criticality of issues pertaining to an area as explained further in the=20 report. The items listed are broken down by the number of tickets and t= he=20 number of exceptions per priority level of critical, urgent, high, medium,= =20 and low. The report also addresses the grand total of tickets and total=20 number of exceptions, these exceptions are based against the SLAs.
