Please see revisions below regarding the Net Works year-end talent discussion and information needed. By today at 4:30, please provide your overall list of employees that are critical to retain for our current business and the merger transition. By 5:00 pm tomorrow (Wednesday), please provide a list of your top 10% of employees that are critical and have strong long-term potential going forward. Also by tomorrow, provide a list of those employees who would be in the bottom 10% based on performance. All exempt level job groups, Staff level and above should be considered and a list by each job group should be provided. If you have completed a top 15% list per initial instructions, further identify who is in the top 10% from that list. At the meeting scheduled for today at 5:00 pm, we will further discuss the process we will follow going forward.
