I attended the second day session, on Friday, May 11 at which Cinergy,=20
Vectren and Wabash Valley testified. All reported that they saw no problem=
s=20
for the Summer. Jim Rogers did indicate that he had concerns about Cinergy=
's=20
Petersburg plant due to water levels in the Wabash River. As to those who=
=20
testified during the first day, I am attempting to get copies of their=20
presentations from the IURC. Thanks
