Witnessed the the NSPS emissions testing which was performed on the turbine
units at the TW Bloomdfield and La Plata C/S in New Mexico and Colorado, respectively. Assisted the San Juan team with the preparation and submittal of the 6 month compliance monitoring report and the annual certification under the Title V Air Permit requirements.
