As a reminder, IntercontinentalExchange will be launching Hourly Power tomo=
rrow for all hubs currently traded in the West as well as PJM in the East. =
All commissions for Hourly transactions will be waived for one month. Eff=
ective December 1, traders will pay a flat fee of $4.00 per side for each t=
