The subpoena is attached. The subpoena requires a response by June 4. The subpoena provides that "information provided by Respondent pursuant to this subpoena duces tecum will be considered confidential by the California Public Utilities Commission". Concerns related to the subpoena should be directed directly to the California Public Utilities Commission.
