Comparison Exhibit

I forwarded to you last week, the comparison exhibit put together by the
Energy Division. Given the limited nature of our proposal, we cannot really
"fill-in" too much of the exhibit. I have taken a shot at it (although the
exhibit categories do not comport well with our proposal). Please review --
I have to get this back to Energy Division no later than Tuesday (the 24th).
