Montali enjoins CAISO from filing generation claim in bankruptcy

Question is whether DWR steps up and/or ISO's creditors take further pain.

I enclose Judge Montali's decison in the ISO litigation. Based on the ISO's
concessions at the hearing and the FERC's creditworthiness requirements, the
Judge enjoined ISO from filing an administrative claim for post-petition
power purchases made by it on behalf of PG&E.
