To assist you with the July SAP close I have provided a condensed version of
the attached official Enron SAP Financial Closing Runbook. Stacey Aune and I will be attending a daily close meeting with all business units hosted by the COE. If you have any close issues please let us know and we will bring them up in this meeting. Also if you would like to dial into the meetings call me and I will give you the number. -1 Workday All recurring entry documents must be entered by 8am CST 1st Workday All current month AP transactions must be entered by 8am CST MM and A/P are closed 2nd Workday Labor true up 3rd Workday All G&A entries must be posted 4th Workday Project System settlement Depreciation Posts to FI 5th Workday All A/R transactions, including cash application, must be complete by 6pm CST 6th Workday All FI/CS postings must be complete Please note the following changes ENA Hyperion is gone and dead. ENA Hyperion P&L and Corporate reclass entries must be completed by the 6th workday. Corporate Hyperion close schedule remains unchanged. Also Note: Please verify that your SAP security has been properly set-up before the close process starts on Tuesday.
