< Competitive Retailers about what will transpire between now and
< January 1, 2002 for the Texas Retail Market. Included in the
< presentation will be an overview of the migration to production, the
< switching process, the ERCOT portal, as well as communicating with
< ERCOT. Please review the attached agenda for the full list of items
< that will be covered.

< new CRs in making the transition. Attendance is limited to 100 people.

< Enclosed is a progress report towards the transition to the full
< retail market operation. The first attached file was used at a
< presentation made to the ERCOT Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on
< Thursday November 8, 2001. The presentation contains the status of
< switch requests submitted by Competitive Retailers (CRs) as of that
< date. It also presents key retail market milestones on a timeline for
< the transition to full market operations on January 1, 2002. A second
< file detailing the Texas SET version 1.4 migration plan approved by
< the Retail Market Subcommittee (RMS) is also attached.
