A hard copy of this RFP has also been forwarded via FedEx for delivery to your attention today. The FedEx package also includes a CD with the detail load profile information. A "typical" transmittal letter is attached providing an overview of the supply requirements, planned RFP administration and proposal requirements. Proposals are due on September 20, 2001. A pre-proposal meeting will be held August 30, 2001 at the Reliant Energy Plaza in Houston, TX. RSVP is required as lunch will be provided. Your review and consideration of this RFP is appreciated.
