Enron has contracted with Cognitive Arts to develop a web-based training=20
system to be available for use by all of Enron=01,s management.

The goals of this project are to:

Enhance communication in the five key areas identified from the recent ETC=
=20
survey (the percentages indicate the number of employees agreeing with the=
=20
following statements):
59%: Decisions are not communicated well
54%: Employees do not feel free to voice their opinions openly
55%: The company doesn=01,t act effectively on employee suggestions
70%: Communication is not good across departmental lines
61%: Employees are not encouraged to challenge established procedures and=
=20
policies

You have been identified as someone who?gives?valuable feedback. I am aski=

for approximately one and a half hours of your time to have an informal,=20
on-camera conversation with Cognitive Arts so that we can capture your=20
stories and insights for inclusion into the system. CogArts will be in=20
Houston conducting these interviews during the week of October 23rd. If yo=
