1/ For invoicing purposes, the rates and surcharges set forth above will be
applied, as appropriate, to a) Shipper's Maximum Daily Quantity ("MDQ") as
stated in the Transportation Service Agreement and b) volumes of gas received
by Transporter from Shipper for transportation after such MDQ and volumes of
gas received are multiplied by the current Thermal Conversion Factor as
defined in the General Terms and Conditions of this Tariff ("Thermal
Conversion Factor"). The current Thermal Conversion Factor is 1.047 Dth per
Mcf.

rate for FT. I'm getting convinced that the Kern neg. rate deal will feature
