Yes, ENA has been handling the CA etc. and just forwarded to me the Offering
Memorandum. Kathy Campos is making copies and will send them to D. Fossum,
K. Miller, and P. Miller in the Omaha office ASAP (probably to be delivered
tomorrow morn).
