It is unbelievable how the management (both past and present) think they can run a business with no regard for the customer. They have to be one of the worst marketing organizations in the world. They have a great product, but don't have a clue on how to promote it.
Another big news item : PPI used to be the headline sponser. They left a few years ago and FedEx came on board. Rumors are rampant that FedEx will be leaving soon.
