update:
we are scheduled to sign the transaction agreement at ve on monday at 2, i believe that we have worked out getting the sub notes off balance sheet for year end if do not close the transaction till january. i almost hate to put this in email, as every time we say this hit a snag, but.......all i will say if this does not happen on monday i may have to go awol.
