A couple of weeks ago you should have received your speaker confirmation package in the mail that contained important information regarding your participation in the ELECTRIC POWER 2002 Conference, March 19-21, 2002, in St. Louis, MO at the America's Convention Center. The due date for turning in your final presentation is January 31, but we would appreciate it if you could send it in as soon as possible. We will be including presentations in the CD Rom proceedings that will be distributed to delegates attending the conference and we have a tight deadline to meet. No company logos or advertising will be accepted. An instruction sheet for preparing presentations was included in the speaker confirmation package, but is also attached to this e-mail for quick reference. Other Important Information: Please make note of the conference call that is scheduled for your session(s). The date, time and phone number for the conference call is listed on the cover sheet that was included in the speaker confirmation package we recently mailed to you.
