We have received the executed Assignment and Assumption Agreement dated as of
9/1/00 wherein Coral Energy Resources, L.P. assigned to Coral Energy Holding, L.P. an "oops" EOL trade # 40063 it did under the wrong password. A copy will be sent to Jeff Sorenson.
