Counterparty Approval List for 6/20/00

With respect to Utilicorp, I cannot amend their profile yet to open them for
financial until I get the word that everything is set up and ready to go. We
do have the financial master in, so as soon as we figure out how we want to
open the accounts, I can send my email.
