ENA and Glencore Ltd have previously executed a Master Agreement. MAC events
are tied to Enron Corp. and Glencore Ltd. who no longer provides f/s to evidence compliance. They have agreed to provide a parent guaranty from Glencore International AG and sign an amendment.
