New Product Type Release

There will be 4 new Product Types to watch for in Profile Manager today or
tomorrow. These will be going live on Monday and should remain at none until
that time:

US Crude Fin Opt Call
US Crude Fin Opt Put
US Crude WTI Phy Exchange (Platts Indexes Commodities)
German Phy Gas
