(the "Company") for the purchase and sale of IP Transport pursuant to which Seller shall sell and Buyer shall buy Premium IP Transport described below ("IP Transport Units") submitted by Counterparty via the Website. A Party entering into a Transaction to buy or sell IP Transport Units from or to Company shall be responsible for connecting to the applicable Demarcation Point in order to take or make, as applicable, physical delivery of IP Transport Units.
