It was great to speak with you the other day regarding your new role! If it is possible I would like to speak with you tomorrow (I will phone you) regarding a dilemna that has come across my desk the past few days regarding companies that are creating OnLine Exchanges like Enron's. I am finding some inconsistency in the legal contracts to be executed among the Online Exchanges as to appliciable Law, Jurisdiction and Waiver of Right to litigate in favor of Arbitration. I would be curious to know how you are handling such matters at Enron? I am of certainty that in the Online Agreement executed between BNP Paribas and Enron Online (I gave us the okay to execute) Enron Online's contract did not insist on Arbitration over standard law and jurisdictional matters. Is it possible to discuss a little further tomorrow with you? If so, I will telephone at any time you are available. Thanks much.
