Atlantic Tropical Development Outlook Issued: 08:50 AM Monday November 26, 2001 [IMAGE] Atlantic Ocean: Subtropical Storm Two has become Tropical Storm Olga. The storm is centered near 30.7N/56.1W and is moving toward the northwest at 7 mph. Maximum sustained winds are near 70 mph with gusts to 85 mph. Olga is expected to move slowly west to west-northwest over the next 2-3 days and intensify into a hurricane over the next 6-12 hours. Caribbean Sea: A few showers and thunderstorms remain along the coast from Colombia to Honduras. Conditions are not favorable for any development and none is expected through Wednesday.
