The following bills passed out of the Senate Energy, Utilities and
Communications Committee today. All of the bills were amended substantially. I will forward amendments as soon as they become available. SBX 5 (Sher) passed on a vote of 7-0 - $1.2 billion energy efficiency and conservation measure SBX 6 (Burton) passed on a vote of 6-0 - State Transco SBX 33 (Burton) passed on a vote of 6-3 - Public power authority
