Please see the attached comments developed by the Environmental Strategies Group on behalf of Enron Canada in response to Ontario's draft emissions trading regulation for NOx and SO2.

Comments were submitted this week and were coordinated with ENA Canada, EGM Emissions and Government Affairs, as the proposal could impact power trading, emissions trading, and power development/investment.
