The Leadership Subcommittee would like to discuss meritocracy at Enron at our Monday meeting. Prior to our meeting, would each of you please spend a few minutes thinking through what you believe to be the strengths/positives of our system as well as the weaknesses/negatives.
We plan to review our collective thoughts at our meeting in an attempt to develop additional thoughts around the qualities we look for in our leadership at Enron. Thank you for your time.
