- issues wrt portland and calgary signing short term leases(pat to talk to markus b.) - secundment wrt estate, not yet resolved (action: greg to talk to fallon) - ardmore/eol(9th floor) data center space, decouple from trading, (pat/tech to come back, need a gameplan) - FYI:still a bunch of issues around counterparties, of the original 166 only 37 "could" be able to trade wth us on Day 1. - Need to talk to dinnerstien re: more legal support(he is in houston tommorrow, Louise/Pat to talk to him) - Nymex issue( do we buy the energy biz 2 seats... need to find out how UBS clears and its status on seats)(action on John). - Encumbancy issue. Do we take legal risk around counterparties signing PA. (action: louise to send note to dinnerstien saying that we are willing to run the risk, we will talk to bob tommorrow and find out how to resolve... don't know if its a risk committee item or not). - Whalley is a packers fan. (joint action to get tickets at lambeau filed).. later
