Your company has been selected to participate in the quarterly NAM/FORTUNE Manufacturing Index on-line survey. The NAM/Fortune Manufacturing Index has appeared in FORTUNE's Industrial Management and Technology edition since 1997. Below is a link to the on-line survey covering the third quarter of 2000. Four times a year, your company's response will be tallied with other NAM members and published in FORTUNE's Industrial Management and Technology edition. Completing the survey is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
