Impulsesoft and Broadcom Partner To Deliver Comprehensive Bluetooth Solu=

com Corporation (Nasdaq: BRCM), supplying a comprehensive hardware and soft=
ware Bluetooth solution for PC original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Com=
bining Impulsesoft's BluePC(TM) software stack with Broadcom's all-CMOS Blu=
tonium(TM) silicon transceivers, the companies provide a high-performance e=
nd-to-end Bluetooth solution for manufacturers of Windows(R)-compatible des=
ktop and laptop computers. This collaboration between Impulsesoft and Broad=
com will result in a quicker time to market for PC manufactures and their p=
roducts with embedded Bluetooth functionality. Impulsesoft's BluePC proto=
col stack architecture results in a minimal software footprint and a flexib=
le driver implementation, provides OEMs with the ability to quickly customi=
ze the software for use with their specific implementation. The software st=
ack is Bluetooth version 1.1 certified, significantly easing Bluetooth qual=
ification complexity for the company's PC OEM customers. Broadcom's Blutoni=
um chip family provides strong radio performance, low power consumption, an=
d a choice of version 1.1 qualified baseband chips to accommodate a variety=
