fleet management solutions to the European marketplace. QUALCOMM Wireless B=
usiness Solutions Europe, a wholly owned subsidiary of QUALCOMM and formerl=
y named eQ-COM, will join with Eutalsat to bring the EutelTRACS(R) mobile c=
ommunications system to Europe's fleet managers, helping them increase oper=
ating efficiencies, enhance customer service and improve productivity. Eute=
lTRACS is the European version of QUALCOMM Wireless Business Solutions' mob=
ile communications solution, OmniTRACS(R). QUALCOMM's OmniTRACS system is=
