Yahoo! Internet Life Magazine Continues to Score Great Demos Reports 2001
MRI Spring Study

NEW YORK, May 31, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Yahoo! Internet Life - the largest
consumer lifestyle magazine covering the Internet, with 5.3 million monthly
readers - continues to report stellar demographics according to the 2001 MRI
Spring Study, released May 21.

The Study reveals that the median household income for Yahoo! Internet Life
readers is now $62,757, a $7,000 increase from the 2000 MRI Spring Study.

The median age for Yahoo! Internet Life readers is 34 years old, with the
college educated audience rising to 74%. Their attraction as a target audience
is also evidenced by the fact that 30% are employed in professional or
managerial positions. In addition to the increase in household income, readers'
individual earned income also rose by 14% from the 2000 Spring Study results.

Yahoo! Internet Life leads in every Internet usage category measured by the 2001
MRI Spring Study. Comparing this year's results to those attained by Yahoo!
Internet Life in the 2000 MRI Spring Study, the 2001 Study reveals:

personal items. - 47% more of Yahoo! Internet Life readers are using the

for business purchases.
