I received several comments on what INGAA should file in the NOI on=
eService and eDistribution. They were the same as our discussion at the R=
eg Policy Committee meeting -basically INGAA supports the Commission's impl=
ementing advanced electronic measures as long as they are not burdensome or=
costly.
Instead of filing detailed responses to each question, I propose th=
at we file a letter <<Boergers ltr eService.doc<< generally supporting the=
Commission's proposal. Attached is a draft letter for your comment and re=
view.
