Southern Union sold South Florida Natural Gas Company to Florida Public Utilities Company on Friday December 14,2001.The manager Al Kara will remain with South Florida in a slightly different capacity. He expects to see a news release today regarding the sale. F.P.U. has a Division nearby in Sanford Florida as well as the Palm Beach area.
