Power contract

Hi David,

I've made the changes to the cover sheet regarding the Master Power agreement. Here's the redline.

It seems to me that we are missing an October payment date on Exhibit 5 of the EMSA, so I'll add one. Also, Marvin found a typo on page 11 (sub h) regarding the SEPA MWHrs - should be 16,500. I'll change this. Any other changes?
