Review 2002 Commercial Margins, O&M and Capital Budgets. Margins will be first on the agenda. Lunch will be provided. Please send me a list of others whom you wish to attend so we can get them on the lunch list.

8/14 - Danny advised that the meeting will proceed but, break at 10:00 to attend the Enron All-Employee meeting and reconvene at 11:00. Lunch to be delivered at 11:30/11:45 Tracy to arrange Agenda accordingly.
