Attached is the structure with my comments. Concerning the earlier question. It is not clear under Texas law whether the surface rights by themselves are sufficient to convery the right to use property for gas storage. Thus the rights should be leased from both the surface owner and the mineral owner to be sure. I revised the transaction sheet to reflect this. Let me know if you have any questions.
