SUBJECT: January-April 2001 Energy Reconciliation Calculation Error and Necessary Credit/Charge adjustment. PURPOSE of COMMUNICATION: To inform Electric Generation Suppliers (EGS) of an error in the calculation of Unaccounted-For-Energy (UFE) for the months January 2001 through April 2001 and necessary additional cash settlement between the EGS and PECO. KEY FACTS: Electric & Gas Choice Group (E&GC) has recently completed an extensive analysis of PJM Energy Reconciliation amounts for the periods of January 2001-April 2001. As a result of that analysis E&GC has determined some modifications to monthly energy reconciliation amounts are required for those periods. ACTION NEEDED: ? If you are the recipient of this email, our records show that you are impacted by these required modifications. ? No EGS action is needed at this time. ? You will be contacted shortly by an E&GC representative to discuss these required changes to the monthly energy reconciliation amounts for the aforementioned period and any necessary credit/charge adjustments.
