March 4, 2002 COMMODITY EXCHANGE, INC. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TRANSFER MEMBERSHIP Notice of Intention to Transfer Membership has been posted on the bulletin board of the Exchange by: Henry Jarecki (HGJ-221) And Kevin Touhey (TOHE-9235) In connection therewith, notification of any claims against the aforementioned individual arising out of transactions executed on the Exchange up to the close of business on February 28, 2002, must be submitted to the Corporate Secretary's Office within ten (10) days. SWITCH OF STATUS Please be advised that effective with the close of business, February 28, 2002, Eric Goldfine (ERGO-766) will switch his status from an Option member to a Full member. However, Mr. Goldfine will remain a member guaranteed by Man International, Inc. TERMINATION OF AFFILIATION Please be advised that effective immediately, February 28, 2002, Michael Marcello (MEM-478) will no longer be affiliated with Spear, Leeds & Kellogg. However, Mr. Marcello will remain a member guaranteed by Spear, Leeds & Kellogg. In connection therewith, notification of any claims against the aforementioned individual arising out of transactions executed on the Exchange up to the close of business on February 28, 2002, must be submitted to the Corporate Secretary's Office within the (10) days. SWITCH OF GUARANTEE Please be advised that effective immediately, March 1, 2002, Raymond Chung (CHUN-7898), Richard Flegenheimer (FLEG-7193), Kevin Kline (KVAN-3118), Kevin Llewellyn (KLEW-7381) and Jose Rodriguez (ROD-7273) will no longer be guaranteed by Man International, Inc. However, Messrs. Chung, Flegenheimer, Kline, Llewellyn and Rodriguez will remain members guaranteed by FC Stone, LLC.
