TERMINATION OF TRADING PRIVILEGES BY THE "CFTC"

Please be advised that the Exchange has been notified by the Commodity
Futures Trading Commission ("CFTC"), that effective September 3, 2001, the
Floor Broker Registration of Vincent Coppola (VAC-6101) was terminated for a
period of six months.

Therefore, in accordance with the Exchange Rule 4.12, the floor trading
privileges of the aforementioned individual are hereby suspended.

In connection therewith, notification of any claims against the
aforementioned individual arising out of transactions executed on the
Exchange up to the close of business on October 22, 2001, must be submitted
to the Corporate Secretary's Office within ten (10) days.
