I lifted this from SoCalGas' responses filed today to PUC questions regarding our electric and gas activities in California. We may want to get our hands on the filing, which I do not have. Best, Jeff ********************************************************************** SoCalGas filed a motion with the bankruptcy2 court on Friday, December 14, 2001, seeking the following in relation to Enron's Agreements under the Core Aggregation and Contracted Marketer Programs: a. For the bankruptcy court to set a date, within 14 days, for Enron to accept or reject the Agreements, b. Adequate assurance by posting a $3 million performance bond and requiring Enron to make adequate daily gas deliveries into the SoCalGas system, c. Allow SoCalGas to terminate the Enron Agreements immediately should the court not accept the Agreements.
