Procedure Purpose: ISO management intends to ensure Market Participants'
access to, and input on, the development of Operating Procedures by adopting
a formal and open process. This Operating Procedure describes the formalized
change control program used to maintain accurate and up-to-date versions of
the ISO Operating Procedures for the ISO and for Market Participants. It is
part of the ISO Operating Procedure Management Program.
