Notification of Operating Procedure Update

* The following new or revised ISO Operating Procedures have been
implemented and are posted for reference on the ISO Website.

ISO Operating Procedure posted: T-123 WSCC Path 45 ISO-CFE Operating
Transfer Capability (OTC)
Version: 4.5
Effective Date: 6-6-01
Procedure Purpose: Study results show that P-45 is limited to 408 MW
bi-directional and is a 30-minute thermal limit. The 408 MW OTC is a subset
of the total SDGE/CFE OTC described in San Diego Area procedure T-132.
Changes / Reasons: No change from Spring
