EPMI's Hanson Cement Deal - Process Overview

I am sending this document out to ensure that everyone knows what is required to process EPMI's Hanson Cement deal. It is possible after reviewing all of the handoffs, that EPMI and EWS (Retail Generation) will wish to handle this deal in a different method.

We need to come to some decisions very quickly. There is a tremendous amount of coordination which needs to occur in order to service Hanson Cement.
