I just talked to Pat Priestley from CSC to validate your diagram on MDMA for EEMC.
She's confirmed that C3 is equivalent to MV90 and MUODS is equivalent to MDMA. By September, the transition from MUODS to MDMA should be completed. Also, in trying to get access to MV90 directly, she said that the MV90 database is proprietary to the vendor (ITRON?). CSC do not go into the database to pull the data out of MV90.
