FYI,
Starting on the 20th (traded today), all of the residential load requirements for California will begin rolling off, with the last day of roll-offs on July 20. At this point, EES will no longer have a residential load commitment. This will amount to an average of 12 to 13 MW per hour that will be rolled off. Please let me know if you have any questions.
