Dear Joy,

Ryan's notebook says $115 for HE 15-16. He spoke with Fletcher at Metropolitan.

There are 2 different values at HE 15: 55 MW and 45 MW = 100 MW
HE 16: 56 MW and 41MW = 97 MW
And I'm seeing them both at $115.

I'll wait to hear Ryan's reply as well.
