This notice provides the organizational format and agenda. The sessions are designed to enable attendees to gain a mutual understanding of these issues and to allow participants to provide further detail on electricity market operations. The conference will start each day at approximately 9:30 a.m. and will adjourn at about 4:30 p.m.. It is scheduled to take place at the Commission's offices, 888 First Street, N.E., Washington, D.C. 20426, in the Commission Meeting Room on the second floor. The conference is open for the public to attend. The agenda is attached.
