Please see below the objectives for the year 2000-2001 as discussed with Mark
Taylor:

Continue to: update, improve and implement templates and contracts for
power and gas trading for use on EOL as well as on regular trading
transactions;

draft and implement derivatives trading documents for use in Argentina;

receive further training in derivatives as well as to specialize in other
fields related to our business;

support a solid working relationship with the commercial team;

assist regulatory team;

(provide future objective list faster!!)
