PHYSICAL GTC POP UP LANGUAGE FOR EOL

I have reviewed our collective work product in its final form as sent to me this afternoon by Lisa and have cleared our product with Mark Taylor........thus, please implement on October 29 the POP UP referred to above with a November 5 effective date as we discussed.
